The creation of this publication is a significant step in the development of the education quality assessment system in our country. Today, more than ever, it is important to form a unified professional space for the exchange of scientific ideas, research results, and effective practices in the field of pedagogical measurements. Our journal will serve as such a platform.
The goal of the journal is to unite scientists, researchers, and practitioners working in the field of educational assessment, psychometrics, and quality management in education, as well as to promote innovative approaches based on scientific data. Special attention will be given to the implementation of modern technologies, including psychometric analysis methods and the possibilities of artificial intelligence in the educational sphere.
In the context of global competition and the constant need to adapt the education system to new challenges, it is extremely important to create a solid scientific foundation capable of ensuring sustainable development and innovative progress in this area. In this regard, the development of scientific research in the field of educational assessment will contribute to improving the quality of education at all levels, as well as to the global recognition of Kazakhstan’s assessment systems, such as the UNT, CT, and others.
