About the Journal

The journal Pedagogical Measurements is a peer-reviewed scientific and practical journal. The journal has been founded by the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management National Testing Center under the Ministry of  Science and Higher  Education of  the Republic of  Kazakhstan.

The aim of the Pedagogical Measurements journal is to become a leading platform for the development and dissemination of advanced knowledge in the field of educational assessment and quality management.

 

The journal seeks:

  • to promote progress in the theory and practice of pedagogical measurements by providing a platform for exchanging ideas, research findings, and innovative approaches;
  • to build and strengthen an international scientific community by bringing together scholars, practitioners, and researchers from Kazakhstan and abroad;
  • to disseminate best practices in educational assessment and quality management, facilitating the implementation of effective methodologies;
  • to encourage dialogue and cooperation among various participants in the educational process, creating a space for knowledge and experience exchange;
  • to support the integration of innovations in education, with a special focus on modern psychometric analysis methods, the role of artificial intelligence, and other advanced technologies in educational assessment.

The editorial board and its international editorial council includes scholars from Kazakhstan and other countries.

The journal is published in electronic format, with full-text versions of articles available on the website for unrestricted public access.

The journal publishes articles, reviews, and practical recommendations in the following areas:

– modern approaches to educational assessment and quality management;

– artificial intelligence and innovations in educational evaluation.
